Quartet405 is a multi-genre string quartet based in Los Angeles. All members are seasoned performers as well as session players, trained classically and well-versed in many other styles. Quartet405 has had the pleasure of working with artists and producers such as Avril Lavigne, Rufus Wainwright, Tom Brooks, Peter Asher, Moonchild, Raquel Rodriguez, and Nigel Hall. In addition, Quartet405 was able to feature Paul Anka in a cover video of his timeless classic “Put Your Head On My Shoulder”. In 2017, the quartet’s holiday video “Jingle Bell Overture” was featured by Fox 11 News.

Eliza James is a classically trained violinist and has been a successful, working professional musician in Los Angeles since the age of 18. She is the featured solo violinist for Burt Bacharach and Paul Anka and performs regularly with a variety of artists including Stevie Wonder, Shakira, Nicki Minaj, John Legend, P!nk, Disturbed, Daft Punk, Avril Lavigne, Kanye West, Casey Veggies, JMSN, P. Diddy, Yoshiki, Googoosh, Roberta Flack, Ivan Lins, Isac Elliot, Mario Biondi, Alejandro Sanz, Nuno Bettencourt and many others. She has performed on multiple occasions at the Grammys, the American Music Awards, the Academy Awards, the Women in Film Awards, the BET Awards, American Idol, the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Hollywood Christmas Celebration At the Grove, the JC Penney Jam, the Playboy Jazz Festival, the Sundance Film festival and the Grammy Nominated performance with Disturbed on Conan O'Brien in 2016 (Best Rock Performance). Eliza is well-versed in many styles of music including classical, pop, country, hiphop, blues, rock and Persian/Middle-Eastern. Residing in Hollywood California, she performs on major motion picture soundtracks/scores/video games some of which include the Oscar winning documentary March of the Penguins, Talladega Nights, The Conjuring 1&2, Annabelle, The Devil's Carnival (directed by Darren Bousman), A Lot Like Love, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, Unaccompanied Minors and Halo Wars:2. Eliza also arranged/recorded all of the strings for Natalie Cole’s hit “Love Brought Me Back" and can be heard on many of the songs on the JMSN album, "It is."
Rebecca Schlappich has been traversing the world for over a decade, exciting audiences from the orchestra and center stage alike. Classically trained at Manhattan School of Music, Schlappich has since demonstrated a penchant for the spirited edge of rock and pop. As a touring musician with Mariachi El Bronx, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals, and The World/Inferno Friendship Society, Schlappich has rocked halls from Los Angeles to Berlin and beyond. Schlappich is also proud to be an active member of the two-time Grammy Award winning Mariachi Divas, as well as recurring soloist with the Lancaster Community Orchestra. She is honored to be a participating member of Cultures in Harmony and has had the privilege of working with musicians and members of the community in Cameroon, the Philippines, and Egypt through the organization.
Jayna Chou is a composer, producer, and violist from Taipei, Taiwan. She received classical music training at a young age with viola and piano. She graduated from Fu-Jen University (Taiwan), majoring in classical viola performance in 2015. After graduating, she started her career in Los Angeles and composed a soundtrack for the 6 award-winning movie “The Farewell.” Her arrangement of "The Music of Paul Anka" for Quartet405 received great reviews and was promoted on all of Mr. Anka’s official social media and website pages. As a violist, Jayna has performed with the likes of Jonas Brothers, Avril Lavigne, JMSN, Tigran Hamasyan, Jacob Collier, the king of Chinese-Pop singer Leehom Wang and many others. She can be found recording music for film, video games, and multi-genre artists.
In 2020, Jayna will be joining the composer roster for Crime Sonic Music, which is in partnership with BMG production music worldwide.
Danica Pinner is a professional cellist in the Los Angeles area. Classically trained at CSU Northridge, Pinner has been spending her career diversifying her musical skill set, having experience in playing pop, rock, jazz, musicals, and many more styles in addition to classical and orchestral. Pinner has had the privilege of playing under the direction of many prestigious composers, such as John Williams, Bruce Broughton, Mark Isham, and Richard Sherman. Additionally, she has worked with the likes of the Jonas Brothers, Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne, Ben Harper, deadmau5, Lewis Capaldi, HAIM, Nuno Bettencourt, Yoshiki, and Persian artist Shakhar with guest artist Andrea Bocelli. Her playing can be heard on the Late Late Show with James Corden, Ellen DeGeneres Show, Rufus Wainwright's album "Unfollow the Rules: Paramour Sessions", deadmau5's album "Where's the Drop?", Rebelution's Grammy-nominated album "Falling Into Place", Moonchild's album "Little Ghost", JMSN's album "It is", ABC, Fox, Nickelodeon, TLC, and Playboy Radio.
